Data processing when the page is viewed

In order to provide you with our service, we process addressing information (e.g. IP address, retrieved resource, etc.). To achieve an optimal display on your device, we also process some device information (e.g. browser, resolution, operating system version, etc.). Our service is operated by our IT providers. We create server logs to detect and fix possible bugs. These logs are kept for 30 days and then deleted. The legal basis for this processing is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR.

Data processing via Contact form

Data entered via the contact form will be stored by us for the purpose of processing the request and in case of follow-up questions. The processing of this data is therefore based exclusively on your consent (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a DSGVO). We do not pass on this data without your consent. You can revoke this consent at any time.  The legality of the data processing operations carried out until the revocation remains unaffected by the revocation. Mandatory legal provisions - in particular retention periods - remain unaffected.

We process the data on the basis of our legitimate interest in optimizing the website.  For this purpose, a cookie is set in your browser that stores the objection.
