With the increasing demand for large crew changes, we’ve been focusing on enhancing how group bookings are managed.
By collaborating closely with our travel partners and leveraging our integration with Amadeus, we’re continually refining the group booking process to make it more seamless and efficient.
The improvement we’ve launched are already helping our users seamlessly manage large crew changes, some even with 40 seafarers. We have a lot more improvements planned to continue to support them further.
Improved Mobile Functionality
With more users accessing our platform via mobile, we’ve expanded its capabilities to meet their needs. You can now create new crew changes directly from your mobile device and manage cancelled crew changes on the go, making the platform more accessible and efficient for remote users.We’re delighted to see so many of our crew operator users empowered to be mobile and continue to manage their crew changes!
Enhanced Features for Travel Partners
Thanks to valuable feedback from our stakeholders, our Travel Agent UI has become even more powerful. With minimal input from the travel agent, details such as luggage allowance and currency are automatically detected, significantly speeding up their work on Tilla, while reducing the risk of errors.With these updates, our partners are faster, operate with greater accuracy, and improve their overall efficiency!
