As we set our course for the first quarter of 2024, let's reflect on the feature enhancements that rounded off a dynamic 2023 at Tilla.

Introducing: The Tilla Notification Centre

Early December marked the launch of our much-anticipated Tilla Notification Centre. Initially, this feature offered a comprehensive view of cancelled flight segments. Simply by clicking the bell icon, users could see all cancelled flights, organized by vessel and departure date.

As the month progressed, we enriched the Notification Centre with the inclusion of Cheaper Fares alerts, alongside the existing updates on cancellations. The addition of vessel-specific filters further streamlines navigation within the Notification Centre, ensuring users receive the most relevant updates efficiently.

Enhanced Data Management: CSV Document Downloads

In response to the diverse needs of our users, we've expanded our data download capabilities. Now, our users can download their flight booking history from Tilla's flight panel not only in PDF format but also as a CSV file. This update offers greater versatility in how our users access and organise their data, making report generation and data analysis more user-friendly.

Flight Recommender: Now More Inclusive

Our users’ feedback is our compass, and it led us to enhancing our Flight Recommender tool. We recognised the necessity for users to leverage this tool even when some Seafarers already had flight bookings. In response, we've upgraded the Flight Recommender to provide helpful recommendations at any stage of the crew change process, whether it's for a single seafarer or several. This enhancement broadens the tool's applicability, making it a more inclusive and versatile aid in your crew management tasks.
